The Delivery Manager (DM) reporting directly to the Director of Product and Delivery, will contribute to building and maintaining efficient and effective Delivery Management processes within the organization. Leveraging their extensive industry knowledge and experience as well as CLEARVIEW’s current practices, the DM is responsible for managing the Statement of Work process including estimation of effort/cost, tracking/reporting on status of all projects throughout their entire lifecycle, working with other managers to plan project resourcing and managing project backlog such that delivery and billing targets can be met. The DM provides portfolio level updates to key clients and is first point of escalation for clients. From time-to-time the DM may also actively manage projects.
