Technical Writer

Fredericton, NB | Contract Position – Approximately 1 year (maternity leave coverage)

The Technical Writer will be focused on creating end user resources that document how to use the features and functions of Clearview, our proprietary SaaS product which is used to manage back-of-house operations in the quick service restaurant industry. The documentation will primarily be made available through Madcap Flare’s online knowledgebase tools, in a web-based article-based format to provide a modern and easy-to-navigate collection of online help resources. Senior IT Operations Administrator

Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON or Fredericton, NB

The Sr. IT Operations Administrator is responsible for helping to maintain all aspects of system administration within Clearview, including implementing, monitoring, securing and maintaining all hardware and software used in the business.  We are a Microsoft shop, utilizing Exchange and MS SQL servers on premise, and supporting a team of developers using .Net and a variety of tools. We are DevOps driven to an efficient, automated infrastructure and production environment.  We built our own datacenter and are 100% virtual with VMware, providing back office software that supports over 10,000 clients worldwide 24/7/365.  The IT Ops team is responsible for ensuring a high level of uptime in a proactive, secure, reliable and cost-effective manner.
